-- visual inspection
-- Dimensional test
-- Fitting test
-- Functional test
We provided QC report for each shipment. We support the environment protection
and obey the ROSH standard, we can provide ROSH report for our super quality
products.
Quality Control
in All Processes
We have strict quality control in each key process, which in clude
-- IQC: Be responsible for the all of the purchasing material inspect, insure
all of stock is good for product.
-- IPQC: Control all of the manufacturing process in production line such as
Plastic Injection Workshop, Welding Sleeve Workshop, Shrink Wrapped Workshop and
Packing Workshop, to avoid all of reject in locale.
-- OQC: Be responsible for testing all of our semi-finished products, include
appearance and functions.
-- QA: Be responsible all of our final product to insure all of the quality is
well for customers before delivery. |
